Terms and conditions
These terms apply to business customers purchasing from Simplewire ApS unless otherwise agreed in writing.
1. Scope
These terms apply to all quotations, sales and deliveries from Simplewire ApS unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Quotations
A quotation is valid for the period stated in it. If no period is stated, the quotation is valid for 30 days from its date.
3. Prices and payment
All prices exclude VAT, shipping and other charges unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are stated in the order confirmation or invoice.
4. Retention of title
Simplewire ApS retains title to the delivered goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.
5. Delivery
Delivery takes place at the agreed time and place. A stated delivery time is indicative unless expressly agreed as binding.
6. Returns
Goods may only be returned with prior written agreement from Simplewire ApS. Custom-made or used goods cannot be returned unless otherwise agreed.
7. Complaints and defects
The customer must inspect the goods upon receipt and submit any complaint in writing without undue delay after a defect is discovered.
8. Limitation of liability
Simplewire ApS is not liable for indirect loss, operating loss, loss of profit or other consequential loss unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
9. Product liability
Simplewire ApS is liable for product liability to the extent required by mandatory Danish law.
10. Disputes
The agreement is governed by Danish law. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably are decided by the Danish courts.
