Data we process

We may process your name, company, business address, email address, telephone number, details of your enquiry, order or meeting booking, and necessary technical log data.

Purposes and legal basis

We use the data to respond to enquiries, manage orders and bookings, provide support, and fulfil our agreements and legal obligations. Processing is based on contract, legal obligation, or our legitimate interest in operating and improving our business service. Web analytics and marketing measurement take place only on the basis of your voluntary consent.

Service providers and recipients

We use Netlify for hosting, HubSpot for contact, order and booking flows, YouTube for video content and Webflow as the editorial system for news. Depending on your cookie choice, Google Analytics may be used for web analytics. If you voluntarily accept Marketing, the LinkedIn Insight Tag may be used for campaign measurement and advertising. LinkedIn may then receive cookie IDs, the page address and technical information about your device and use. Form data such as names, email addresses, telephone numbers and message text are not sent to Google Analytics or LinkedIn through our tags.

Retention

We retain data only for as long as required for the purpose, our contractual relationship and applicable documentation requirements.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or data portability and object to processing where the relevant conditions apply. You may lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency.
